Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to PotsandFeelings paid subscriptions and add-ons purchased on potsandfeelings.com using our checkout. Purchases made through third-party stores or marketplaces are subject to those stores’ refund rules.

2) Trials & first-time purchases

  • Free trials: you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

  • First payment: we offer a 14-day satisfaction window for your first paid subscription on an account. If you’re not happy, contact us within that window for a full refund.

3) Renewals & ongoing subscriptions

  • Monthly plans: cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months after renewal.
  • Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of the initial annual charge, you may request a prorated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, cancellations stop future renewals; we don’t refund the remaining term.

4) Upgrades & downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; we’ll prorate the difference for the current period.

  • Downgrades apply at the next renewal unless you ask for immediate change; no retroactive refunds for prior higher-tier usage.

5) Add-ons, coupons & promotional pricing

Promotional pricing and coupons are honored for the stated term only. Add-ons follow the same renewal and cancellation rules as your base plan. One-time coupons are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

6) Service issues & credits

If we experience an outage or a material service defect, we may offer service credits at our discretion. Credits do not convert to cash and expire if your subscription ends.

7) How to cancel or request a refund

  • Cancel anytime in Account → Billing or email [potsandfeelings@gmail.com] with your account email, order ID, and reason.

  • We aim to respond within 2 business days and, if approved, process refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank/processor timelines may vary.

8) Taxes, currency & fees

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Any exchange rate differences or third-party processing fees are outside our control. Where required, applicable VAT/GST will be refunded per local rules.

9) Abuse, chargebacks & fraud

We may deny refunds for accounts with evidence of misuse, excessive refunds, chargeback history, policy violations, or fraudulent activity. Chargebacks may lead to immediate account suspension.

10) Data access after cancel/refund

After cancellation or refund, access to paid features ends immediately or at period end (as stated above). You can export your data within [30 days] of cancellation; after that we may delete it per our retention policy.

11) Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under consumer laws in your place of residence. In some regions, you may have a statutory cooling-off period for digital services (which may not apply once service starts with your consent).
